MacMillan is said to be a skilled puck handler and strong skater that has good offensive abilities. Was 2nd in the BCHL in rookie scoring behind Bennett, is slated to attend North Dakota University in 2011. Was the conference rookie of the year, had 26 goals and 80 points in 59 games with 44 pims with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs. MacMillan opted for North Dakota (Danny Kristo/Mike Cichy) over Northeastern University (Steve Quailer's team) where his brother is off to.
